Sharath leads technology at Sidecar Health, where he’s driving a smarter, more transparent healthcare experience powered by AI. With nearly two decades of experience building data-driven, scalable platforms, he brings a sharp focus on innovation, member impact, and technical excellence.
Before joining Sidecar Health, Sharath was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Hinge Health, where he helped grow the company’s digital musculoskeletal platform. Prior to that, he led global engineering teams at GE Healthcare as Vice President of Engineering, where he developed the Edison AI platform to improve clinical insights and operational performance.
Sharath is known for building high-trust, high-impact engineering cultures — championing empathy, collaboration, and bold innovation every step of the way.
