Access Plan

“Access Plan” and “Access Plans,” collectively, refer to the excepted benefit fixed indemnity insurance product marketed and administered by Sidecar Health Insurance Solutions, LLC and underwritten by Sirius America Insurance Company or United States Fire Insurance Company, depending on the state.
