You have all the same features (and more) on the new member portal and no download is needed. Login at member.sidecarhealth.com to look up Benefit Amounts, submit expenses, and manage your account settings.
 

Pro-tip – You can bookmark the member portal to your device(s) home screen for easy access. 

Frequently asked questions

iPhone or iPad: 

  1. Open the Safari app. Other browsers, such as Chrome, won't work for this 
  2. Navigate to member.sidecarhealth.com 
  3. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the browser controls 
  4. Then tap "Add to Home Screen" from the list of options 
  5. Next, choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen (e.g. Sidecar Health member portal) 
  6. Tap the "Add" button, and you're done 

 

Android device

  1. Open the Chrome app. Other browsers, such as Safari may not work for this   
  2. Navigate to member.sidecarhealth.com  
  3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots) in upper right-hand corner  
  4. Then tap “Add to Home Screen” from the list of options   
  5. Next, choose a name for the website shortcut on your home screen (e.g. Sidecar Health member portal)   
  6. Tap the “Add” button, and you’re done
