Step 1: Pre-Service
Whenever feasible, please provide the patient with your pricing information, including any applicable discounts for prompt and full payment at the time of service. Sidecar Health members have the ability to verify their eligibility and benefits independently through the Member Portal. If you believe an agreement may exist between your organization and Sidecar Health, or if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for confirmation or further assistance.
Step 2: Instant Reimbursement
All Sidecar Health members are equipped with a VISA benefit card connected to the Sidecar Health claims account. Charge your patient pre or post service - whenever works best for you - and the patient can instantaneously reimburse you in full.
Step 3: Deliver Care
Focus on treating your patient-no need to worry about prior authorizations through Sidecar Health.
Step 4: Issue an Invoice
Provide your patient with an "itemized medical invoice" or "superbill." Ensure this document includes the following essential information:
