Unlike traditional major medical plans with restricted provider networks, Sidecar Health allows you to see any doctor or pharmacy you choose. Instead of a network, we provide a Benefit Amount for each covered medical service or prescription. This amount is what your Sidecar Health plan pays for covered care no matter which provider you choose.
*Benefit Amounts are based on average provider charges in your area.
* If a provider charges less than your Benefit Amount, you keep half the savings.
* If a provider charges more, you pay the difference.
* To confirm your Benefit Amounts for specific services or medications, call Member Care at 866-404-7474.
