Alex ha dedicado su carrera a crear empresas en una variedad de industrias y en distintos puestos, desde estrategia y operaciones comerciales hasta personas y lugares. Ha liderado el desarrollo de la función de personas desde cero en varias empresas emergentes de rápido crecimiento, transformándolas en lugares de trabajo galardonados. Recientemente, fue directora de personal en Ike (ahora Nuro), una empresa que desarrolla tecnología de automatización para transformar la industria del transporte por carretera. Antes de eso, fue vicepresidenta de personas y cultura en Glint (ahora LinkedIn), una plataforma SaaS de recursos humanos líder en la industria.
Alex tiene una maestría en investigación y evaluación y una licenciatura en antropología de la Universidad de California en Los Ángeles. Es una viajera y mochilera ávida y, si pudiera viajar a algún lugar, sería para ver a Jerry tocar con los Dead.
