Emily Porter

Emily Porter dirige la práctica de asuntos gubernamentales federales y estatales en Sidecar Health. Después de 20 años en Washington, DC, su profundo conocimiento de las políticas de atención médica, así como su capacidad para abordar de manera creativa desafíos políticos complejos, le permiten a Sidecar Health tener voz ante los responsables de las políticas públicas estatales y federales.
Antes de incorporarse en abril de 2021, fue socia de una firma de consultoría boutique en Washington, DC, The Nickles Group. Como parte de la práctica de atención médica de la firma, asesoró a aseguradoras, hospitales, empresas emergentes y farmacéuticas para ayudarlos a lograr el éxito dentro del Congreso y la Administración. También pasó una década trabajando en el Capitolio en la Cámara de Representantes, gestionando y comunicando cuestiones clave dentro del liderazgo de la Cámara relacionadas con la reforma de la atención médica, Medicare y Medicaid.
Emily recibió su maestría en Gestión Política de la Universidad George Washington y su licenciatura de la Universidad DePauw en Indiana.
