What do I do after seeing my medical provider?

After you’ve received your care, submit a picture of your itemized bill to the Sidecar Health app or website so we can determine your final Benefit Amount for the medical services you received. If you used your Sidecar Health VISA benefit card and the actual Benefit Amount is more than the Estimated Benefit, we will credit you the difference. If it is less, you will be responsible for the difference. We’ll start sending reminders if the final, itemized bill is not uploaded within 30 days. You must pay the entire amount of your care if you don’t submit your itemized bill by the deadline explained in your policy.
